The Planning and Dispatch Representative I receives and coordinates emergency response customer calls, responds to natural gas service inquiries and requests and coordinates service call scheduling for planned or emergency maintenance for a provincial workforce. The Planning and Dispatch Representative I may also receive and coordinate line locate requests on behalf of Sask 1st Call.

This job is subject to the following:
- Agreed to Letter - First Call.
- Regina/Saskatoon PFT & PPT) CSR 24/7 Classification Letter of Understanding.
- (Regina/Saskatoon PPT Bids) Extended Hours of 10:13 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Qualifications
Education:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Keyboard proficiency of 35 w.p.m.
Experience:
- One (1) year experience in an office and/or customer service environment utilizing computer based software in a windows environment.
Additional Information
- Travel, including overnight stays away from bid headquarters is required on occasion.
