Farm supervisors supervise the work of general farm workers & harvesting labourers & perform general farm duties. Supervise general farm workers & harvesting labourers.
Job Duties:
Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers & harvesting labourers.
Supervise harvest operations
Develop work schedules & establish procedures
Maintain quality control & production records
Perform general farm duties
Experience & Education Requirements:
Completion of high school
2-3 years of previous farming experience
General knowledge of general agriculture equipment
Must be able to operate farming equipment
Supervisory experience will be beneficial
Valid driver's licence
