Description

Duties include but are not limited to:
-Implementation of the Health Services Integration Project - to ensure work plans, operation plans, and desired outcomes are achieved.
- Facilitate working groups and case management plans to achieve partnership collaboration within the identified health systems; ensure proper documentation/follow-up is recorded on the working group?s activities.
- Ensure training, support, and effective communication is in place to address any needs identified through the project partnership collaboration.
- Manage project, plan/coordinate/chair meetings, and facilitate contracts.
- Liaison with Regional Health Authorities and First Nations to facilitate the project;  ensure effective reporting requirements are adhered to; partnerships are maintained; and to ensure a proper monitoring and evaluation process is carried out for the duration of the project.
- Works to achieve e-health approaches within Tele-health and EMR partnerships.

Qualifications:

- Health Care or Business Administration specialty OR the equivalent of five (5) years of work/project management experience will be considered.
- Extensive writing skills, facilitation and relationship building skills, and public speaking skills.
- Knowledgeable in Health Care Systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge in information systems and computer software applications.
- Experience in E-Health Systems is considered a valuable asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Work within a team setting with minimal supervision.
- Be familiar with and understand First Nation barriers/issues/culture.
- Ability to speak Cree / Dene is considered a valuable asset.
