Brightwater Senior Living of Stonebridge, a beautiful 116 apartment personal care/memory care communitylocated in the Stonebridge area of Saskatoon, is seeking a licensed nurse to join our team as a Resident Care Manager.  The Resident Care Manager is responsible for performing resident assessments, developing resident care plans, and monitoring the health status of residents on an on-going basis, as well as training and supervising our Charge Nurses and Medication Assistants.  Successful candidate must have nursing experience, preferably with some of this experience in a long term care environment.  Position requires excellent communication skills in order to interact effectively with residents, their families, and physicians and other health care providers.
