Description

This Full-Time position is Monday to Friday with alternating weekly shifts of 9:00am - 5:00pm and 2:15 - 10:15 pm. This is a 12 to 13 month position from December 2014 until January 15, 2016.

This position involves: welcoming and directing
customers, in person and by telephone to the most appropriate programs and services which will meet their needs and optimize their opportunities for personal growth, registering members and program participants by phone or in person, collecting money for payments, maintaining an accurate cash float, operating the switchboard, welcoming all customers at the desk and directing them to the appropriate person or place, typing and copying
various materials and producing computer reports for attendance and course rosters upon request, carrying out a variety of procedures related to reception and controlling the building access.
