Description

Key Responsibilities
Project Management and inspections on construction projects
Prepare technical specifications and contract documents
General civil engineering (Municipal and/or Structural) design, modelling and drawing preparation
Participate in engineering related business development in South West Saskatchewan
Participate in the preparation of engineering service proposals
Travel to support other offices (typically not more than 2 hours away)

Qualifications
Civil engineering degree or civil engineering technology diploma
Minimum of 5 years experience in structural or municipal engineering
Knowledge of building codes an asset
Project management experience is considered an asset
Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D is an asset
Proven ability to problem solve and think creatively
Proven ability to take initiative and to solve problems
Strong communications skills both oral and written
Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and to complete projects independently
