Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of construction projects.
Ensure successful completion of timely project, within required quality standards and profitability.
Ensure ongoing, positive relationship with clients.
Establish project objectives, procedures & performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy.
Contribute to pre-construction process by determining project scope, planning & estimating.
Monitor construction progress and costs through administrative direction of site personnel.
Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
Manage financial aspects of contracts.
Provide overall administrative and technical direction to projects, from bid preparation to final acceptance by client.
Liaise with legal counsel as necessary.
Develop, recommend and implement project plan after project is awarded.
Assemble key personnel for the project.
Select subcontractors and negotiating subcontracts for projects.
Report to the Ops Manager on project status and results in a timely fashion.
Qualifications/Experience:
Mechanical, Civil or Structural engineering degree preferred
10 or more years experience in the construction industry in commercial/civil projects.
Experience in a variety of commercial and institutional projects with a large General Contractor running projects with a value of over $15m.

Compensation and Benefits:
Permanent Full-time position
Competitive salary ($110K - $135K) with annual bonus potential
