Receptionist
Overview
Vertex is currently looking for an energetic Receptionist to assist a team of professionals with day-to-day business operations in our Regina office.
Specific Responsibilities of the Position
Some examples include, but are not limited to:
Provide general office support such as answering phone calls, courier requests, data entry, creating and filing documents, faxing, photocopying, office stock, shipping and receiving duties
Attend and assist walk-in clients, customers and visitors
Assist with accounting department such as online invoice submission, accounts payable data entry and other duties as needed
Assist in preparing and generating various reports, when needed
Provide administrative support to the management team
Perform other related duties and tasks as required
Education and Experience
1 -2 Years experience in an administration or Reception role
Excellent customer service skills
Must be strongly proficient in MS Word and Excel spread sheet
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experienced in generating and editing reports
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task effectively to meet deadlines
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Accounting experience is an asset
Location
The position will be based out of our Regina Office.
