Colliers International is a dynamic and growing Property Management and Commercial Real Estate company. We currently have a job opening for a part-time apartment building Caretaker.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Daily building inspections
-Regular communication with Property Manager, Administrator, contractors and tenants
-Showing vacant suites and performing move-in/move-out conditions reports for tenants
-Coordinating and supervising contracted work
-Performing minor repairs, cleaning and maintenance as required
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
-Must provide cell phone and transportation
-Experience in property maintenance
-Knowledge of apartment buildings and rental processes
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Available to be on call after hours for emergencies
-Ability to perform minor repairs and provide tools is an asset
