Term End Date - November 20, 2015

Reporting to the Manager, Process & Change Management, this position is responsible for the following:
- Researches, plans and implements specific initiatives to improve business unit efficiency, and provides consultation and advice to business unit people and specific project managers regarding initiatives in ISC
- Facilitates the definition and, if necessary, the planning of initiatives
- Leads and facilitates change management planning, and process management and mapping meetings with project teams, committees, managers and staff
- Analyzes key corporate processes to determine if there are opportunities for continuous improvement, in conjunction with stakeholders and process owners
- Participates in the process of establishing validated key performance indicators, and service standards (metrics) for the core products and services
- Benchmarks process and document practices, and performs root cause analysis on business processes to identify gaps and improvements
- As required, actively participates in, and facilitates the development of the end-to-end process mapping of ISCs key processes
