David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to look for a permanent Bilingual General Administrator.The General Administrator is responsible for performing specific functions related to residential property taxes and general office administration.
The Role:
Provide administrative office support to front line staff, including but not limited to filing, mail, courier and French support related to inquiries and investigations
Provide branch office duties such as supplies, reception, facility management, logging of cheques and bank deposits
Provide input into the creation of training programs in order to fill any training needs
Assist in the training of new staff and ongoing training for existing staff.
Ensure that work in progress and completed work meets the established standards
Ensure work scheduled by the Manager is completed in a timely and accurate manner
The Ideal Candidate:
Solid understanding of MS Office
Must be able to speak and read French
Effective organizational and time-management skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize high volumes of work
Strong multi-tasking skills
Must be detail oriented
Strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, depending on the circumstances
Capable to work with limited supervision
Must be computer literate
