We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Midtown Plaza, Saskatoon, SK team.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and encourage Paris Jewellers Core Values
Focus on driving sales
Be a customer-centric Brand Ambassador
Operate and process all transactions
Participate in development and training
Adhere to companys policies and procedures
Encourage client building with team
Assist in tracking and strive to meet stores sales targets
Coaching and training Brand Ambassadors on company policies, products, promotions etc.
Administrative duties
Stock and Inventory control
Maintain safety and security at all times
Other duties as required
Qualifications:
5+ years experience in a customer focused role is preferred
Jewellery experience is an asset
Positive and friendly demeanor
Passion for people
Determination to succeed
Management or Supervisor experience is required
