FCC Management Software experience welcomed
Provide technical support to the FCC Management Software team while effectively handling customer inquiries.
What youll do:
answer customer questions and provide suggestions about AgExpert Analyst and Field Manager Pro
develop and update content for the FCC Management Software Online Community
promote FCC Management Software Support during customer calls
resolve customer issues in a thorough and professional manner
What were looking for:
an organized multi-tasker who pays attention to detail
a problem-solver with in-depth technical expertise
a strong communicator who builds relationships and is committed to customer service
What youll need:
a degree in agriculture, business or computer science and at least two years of related experience (or equivalent)
experience with planning and accounting software, particularly FCC Management Software
fluency in both official languages is an asset
