-Greet patients when they enter the office
-Setting up the clinic before opening
-Set up and take down for each appointment with specificity in a timely manner
-Sterilization procedures
-Transcription of notes
-Catering to the needs and worries of the patients with the knowledge base and empathy
-Interacting & handling communication between patients, family members, insurance companies, dentists and their dental team, and other denturists
-Preparing claims and handling payments from patients
-Executing recalls & scheduling appointments
-Monitor new patient & inactive patient reports
-Obtain accurate patient information
