Description

Position Details:
Permanent Full Time

Assignment:
40 hours per week

Term:
To commence November, 2014

Qualifications:
Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
Valid drivers license
Experience working in the area of building maintenance
Preference will be given to candidates with an apprentice or journeyman standing in a building related trade

Duties:
Duties include building repair and maintenance including carpentry, plumbing and HVAC and other duties as outlined on our website in Administrative Procedure 494-Maintenance Worker:  Role and Responsibilities.

Salary & Benefits:
Wage:  $21.04 to $30.98 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience
