Description

Full-time year round work in Saskatoon and Dundurn, SK.,  and travel to China.

$25.00  $29.00 per hour depending on experience.

Minimum 3 years experience with a combination of preparing tenders, reviewing quotations, negotiating purchasing contracts and purchasing local and international materials. Relevant post-secondary education will be an asset.

Intermediate English communication and writing is required. Knowledge of Mandarin is also required.

Duties and Responsibilities
-    Prepare purchasing orders
-    Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with suppliers and clients
-    Purchase supplies and equipment necessary to perform necessary tasks
-    Coordinate delivery and  establishment schedule with suppliers and clients
-    Monitor the operation of the purchased supplies
-    Knowledge of import procedures and requirements
-    Experience with purchasing and importing from China is an asset
-    Negotiate land purchases and prepare building permits
