We are looking for a candidate that will have the potential to be promoted to a General Manager role in less than a year.
We are looking for an individual who has management experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment in which you have to make a lot of decisions during the course of the day. We want people who feel the need to be in charge rather than follow someone else's lead. Those who do well with us are people who are energized by a somewhat hectic pace and challenging customer conversations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Management experience
Able to work about 50 hrs/wk. including evenings and Saturdays
Must be 18 or over with valid driver's license to operate company vehicle
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment

We offer an extremely competitive salary and benefits package as well as outstanding profit sharing plan, truly our success will be your success. This position offers an outstanding incentive-based compensation program. Starting base salary is negotiable. The average Aaron's GM's make $70,000 per year and the top 30% of Aaron's managers earn over $100,000 per year on the standard Aaron's GM plan.
