Duties:
-Manages the Customer Accounts Department, which is responsible for the renewal payment process
-Responsible for achieving company standards on non-renewal closing percentages

Requirements:
Aaron's is looking for an experienced Debt Collections Manager who has the ability to communicate, organize and lift, load and dolly merchandise 50-300 pounds.  Must have a valid drivers with no serious infractions within the last 2 years.
