Bookkeeper

We are currently seeking a dynamic polished bookkeeper. This is a full time permanent position which includes benefits. Wage will be $28-32/hour depending on experience and education. You will be working Monday  Friday 8:30 am  5 pm.

Duties and Responsibilities

Demonstrates strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles
Oversee AP and AR functions
Payroll, Invoicing, & Cortex
Other administrative functions as required.
Responsible for all deposits at bank
Benefits Administration
Accounts Receivable  collection of overdue accounts
Setting up and/or maintaining record management systems, may include confidential and sensitive information for company;
Filing documents;
Makes recommendations and / or implements improvements to work methods;
WCB

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent knowledge of Quickbooks (minimum of 3 years experience)
5+ years of bookkeeping experience
Accounting certificate or diploma
Must be able to work independently
Extreme detail oriented
Analytical and process thinker
High level of organization and computer competency
Ability to grow and multitask
Have some Excel skills
