Responsibilities include:
1. Service and Customer Relationships
- Meet or exceed customer service needs by facilitating vehicle/product repairs as per established procedures. Build strong customer relationships.
- Accurately transfer customer service needs to the work order by professionally greeting, listening to, and communicating with the customer.
- Stay current on product information such as recalls, service bulletins and warranty guidelines.
2. Service Sales and Documentation
- Accurately estimate and document all charges on the repair order. Close and finish all repair orders in a timely manner, ensuring required authorizations are obtained.
- Optimize service processes and profitability for the dealership, with the company core values of high ethics and integrity being paramount.
Experience:
- Experience working in a multi-tasking hospitality or service organization.
Personality/Desired attributes:
- Personality is key. As the successful candidate, you will have a positive, customer service focused attitude, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
