Description

Peepeekisis First Nation is currently searching for a full time CMHC Coordinator for the Peepeekisis Housing & Capital Infrastructure Program.

JOB SUMMARY:
-  All administrative activities;
-  Set up training programs for Staff;
-  Set up all tenant files;
-  Filing;
-  Organize and prioritize bill payments;
-  Record /return incoming calls
-  Audit invoices before entering into the system for correct authorization and coding;
-  Ensure all necessary documents, signature and receipts have been received;
-  Record minutes for the  Housing & Capital & Capital Program;
-  Assist in any other areas as required by the Director

RESPONSIBILITY:
-  Adhere to the Peepeekisis Capital Infrastructure Housing Policy.

REQUIREMENTS:
-  Successful Applicant will have a Grade 12 or equivalent ;
-  1-2 year in Accounting;
-  Working knowledge of excel and word;
