Description

The Co-op Refinery Complex, located in Regina, Saskatchewan, is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Business Analyst.  We are looking for individuals who share our core principles of safety, equipment integrity, environmental stewardship and quality assurance.
The Human Resources Business Analyst is responsible for supporting and managing various HR related projects including gathering/documenting business requirements, mapping current and future state business processes, proactively engaging stakeholders and supporting technology implementation via facilitating testing and developing and coordinating training plans. The Human Resources Analyst supports technology by implementing complex solutions to meet business requirements that may relate to new or enhanced functionality and ensure compliance with related legislation and reporting requirements for all HRIS system modules and interfaces.

Qualifications include an undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration or Computer Science, and 3-5 years Human Resources related experience.  A Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certification in Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), or 2-3 years of process improvement and/or technology experience would be an asset. Training in value stream maps and lean management system would be considered. Project management experience is desirable.
