SWISS CHALET IS LOOKING FOR SHIFT MANAGERS FOR OUR
REGINA LOCATION!
We are looking for individuals that are passionate about Food,
Hospitality, and are Guest focused as well as being a strong and
motivating leader.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Oversee the day-to-day management and operations of a
Swiss Chalet restaurant as directed by the Franchise Owner, and
Swiss Chalet Brand Executives
The overall management team is Accountable for key
financials and KPI's
Responsible for timely progress through the Restaurant
Leader Certification Program, and continued learning and
development over time as required
Possess the potential to effectively run both Front-of-
House and the Heart-of-House, and lead all shifts to meet Brand
standards
Ensure the store is operating to all standards of a
"Benchmark Restaurant", and creating a Perfect Guest Experience
every time
Continue to develop associates
Core Duties:
Oversee and ensure the Perfect Guest Experience
Development Associates
Maintain, and grow sales and profitability
Support and implement Standards and Controls
The successful candidate is expected to be a leader in
demonstrating behaviours consistent with Cara's Principles.
Qualifications:
Post secondary degree/diploma (or equivalent)
Must possess the "Hospitality Gene" (Ability to Create
Connections, have a Passion for People and Service Excellence)

Inspirational/Motivational
