Accountability:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Manager of Marketing - Promotions and Loyalty plans, directs, manages and executes yearly promotional and couponing strategies for Casinos Regina and Moose Jaw. The Manager of Marketing - Promotions and Loyaltys portfolio includes internal and external promotions and events, event marketing, couponing initiatives, and the management of a loyalty program. This position is also responsible for the implementation of all of the above to ensure timelines, budget and human resource requirements are met in support of the overall marketing strategy.
Primary Responsibilities:
Recommend for approval, oversee the implementation of, and assess for effectiveness internal and external promotions that generate positive returns, increase guests or further tourism to Casinos Regina and Moose Jaw.
Develop, direct and recommend the annual promotional strategies including internal and external promotions, event marketing, sponsorships and couponing initiatives that further revenue, guests or support tourism. Assess effectiveness. Provide guidance and direct operational departments in the execution of promotions.
Act as the main point of contact for the Players Club loyalty program. Duties associated with the program include but are not limited to monitoring club level migration, account management, program monitoring, and financial analysis.
Establish, maintain, perform and communicate performance expectations, work plans, assess progress, conduct annual performance evaluations, quarterly reviews, determine training and developmental needs of Marketing Analysts.
Recommend for approval annual promotional expenditures, quarterly reforecast and maintain budgetary responsibility.
