Description

The Salvation Army Gemma House is seeking a
permanent full time awake night
worker(approximately 64 hours bi-weekly).
Candidates should have experience working with at
risk teens and be comfortable working alone when
needed. Ideally, candidates will possess a
certificate in youth care; a bachelor level degree
in social work, the social sciences or other human
services area. Candidates must possess a current
First Aid/CPR certificate, a valid driver's
licence.  Mandatory training in TCI, ASIST, etc.  
will be provided.  The successful applicant
will be required to present a Criminal
Record check (within 6 months), a recent Driving
Abstract and undergo a Child Abuse Registry
check.
