WBM is looking for a talented individual to join our Information Technology Services team. The ITS team works directly with the clients to implement/build and service solutions which drive client value. We believe in providing the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding our clients needs and, in turn, driving their success.
The Systems Analyst position is responsible for service and delivery of technical solutions directly to the Managed Services client base. This position also serves in a mentorship capacity for other engineers as the team works together to identify, escalate, and resolve client issues. The successful applicant will have a strong background in the key technical competencies along with a commitment to client satisfaction and team spirit.
The successful applicant will be proficient at managing simultaneous assignments of varying scope and priority as they ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
Key Qualifications:
7 years experience in IT support capacity
7 years experience in Microsoft Server Operating Systems
Expert understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
5 years experience with thin technologies such as Citrix
5 years experience in virtualization technologies such as VMware
Knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) is an asset
3 years experience with enterprise routing devices from Cisco (ASA), Watchguard (Firebox), and SonicWALL
Applicable Certifications preferred (MCITP/CompTIA A+, VCP, CCNA, etc.)
Excellent problem solving skills
Proven history of excellence in customer service
Knowledge of ITIL an asset
