FACT Computers is expanding! We've recently opened a new location in Saskatoon and we're looking for dedicated hard working individuals to join our team!
Position Summary:
Duties will include remote support of clients, and server general maintenance. Must be fluent in Windows operating systems, and have great customer phone skills.
With a team of approximately 20 remote staff backing you, we need a Tier 2 technician to work out of our Saskatoon hub to provide excellent customer service where our remote team is unable.
Work will vary every day and will range from the simple up to the data centre.
The candidate we're looking for:
- Work in the office all day with remote and local support
- is able to work without assistance on the majority of customer issues ranging from print to Mac and PC to servers
- is willing and able to obtain training and certifications
- is looking for a 5+ year technical career with an established IT company
- is looking to learn to grow into a tier 3 technical, senior sales, or management position
