Your Opportunity
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing incident & change support to Celeros clients; including identifying and assessing business issues and/or processes and liaising amongst other resources. The position is one of incident & change specialist and technology generalist. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required in this challenging fast- paced environment.
Your Resume
Two or three year community college diploma in computer science or several years of practical experience in the analysis or support of financial systems may be an acceptable substitute
Working knowledge of Problem logging applications would be an asset
The ideal candidates will have at least 2-5 years proven experience in an incident management and support analyst role
Previous Help Desk experience would be considered an asset
Desktop Support would be considered an asset
Business Analysis skills would be considered an asset
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
On-call duties on a rotational basis
