* Operates a computerized Point of Sale system, including reconciling the daily paperwork.
* Performs and coordinates opening and closing duties.
Cash deposits.
* Trains, supervises and motivates Team Members. Drafts and posts the schedule.
* Resolves customer complaints and informs the Franchisees.
* Ensures occupational health and safety standards are followed.
* Ensures restaurant cleanliness.
* Receives inventory, takes inventory, monitors volume of stock and submits orders.
* Implements operational procedures and communicates changes in food preparations formulas, standards, etc. to Team Members.
* Maintains business records as outlined in the Taco time Operations Manual and required by the franchisee.
Coordination of catering orders.
* Works in any area of the restaurant when needed.
* Represents the company in a professional manner.
* Follows direction and instructions from Franchisees and standards set by Taco time.

Physical and other Requirements:
Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire
workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up
to 30 pounds occasionally. A valid drivers license is required.
