Call Centre Evaluator
Competition #: F-0030

General Accountability

SIIT is currently looking for a Call Centre Evaluator in the Nutrition North Canada Program.  Under the supervision of the Acting Manager for the Call Centre, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and efficient evaluation on claims to provide excellent customer service to suppliers and vendors for the purposes of building lasting professional relationships.      

Specific Accountabilities

1.    Client Service
2.    Administration
    Evaluate and verify claims as provided
    Clear deficient lines on claims
    Complete log-in notes accurately and concisely in multiple databases
    Recognize and document trends in deficiencies on claims
3.    Relationship Management
    Works closely with other staff to ensure an organized and effective working environment
      Demonstrates openness and respect for the opinions and ideas of others
      Maintains cooperative relationships throughout the organization
    Demonstrates a pleasant and professional manner when speaking with clients and stakeholders

Required QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
A diploma or certificate in basic secretarial/office management combined with at least one year of related experience is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. Good working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Access, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.  Knowledge of a First Nation language or culture is preferred. Must be able to pass a Personal Screening Consent and Authorization form as well as Screening Certificate and Briefing form provided by the Government of Canada.
