Working for the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses as Office Assistant-Payroll, here's what you'll do:
1) Keep the bills and people paid on-time.
You can accurately handle our payroll and accounts payable because you are an ACCPAC expert. You want to maintain our reputation for paying promptly and accurately because you never procrastinate, you hate errors and your accounts always balance. And you practically invented Microsoft Excel spreadsheets do exactly what you tell them to do.
2) Handle all the questions.
You are a payroll specialist whos heard every question about benefit plans, RRSPs, expenses and timesheets and already know the answers or you know where to find them. You believe in providing outstanding customer service to staff and members so they can focus on the organizations work. You have certification from the Canadian Payroll Association and tons of experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Certification as a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) or Certified Payroll Manager (CPM), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed courses or certifications in ACCPAC.
Experience: A minimum of three years demonstrated experience in payroll practices and procedures. Extensive experience using ACCPAC software. Exhaustive knowledge of spreadsheets.
Other: All candidates must pass written testing requirements established for the position.
