Residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical services
provider is looking for a dynamic individual to
join their Customer Care Team!  Gregg's is looking
for an individual with an A+ attitude and the ability to think on his/her feet, and respond quickly to customer requests.  This individual must be willing to follow our systems regarding client care, and not be scared to deal with tough
questions over the phone.

As a Client Care Representative, you will do it
all! Customer care, customer bookings, communicate
with technicians, dispatching technicians, and
data entry, to name a few!

We have an in-house trainer to help you reach your
true potential and assist with personal and
professional development.

What to expect:
- Answering multi-line telephone system
- Scheduling service calls for customers
- Dispatching technicians to jobs
- Receiving and issuing payments
- Data entry and work flow coordination
- Filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning
- Various other administrative duties as required

What we are looking for:
- You have completed High School
- You have an amazing personality and
communication style
- You are super-organized and are a problem
solver
- You take pride in everything that you do, and
it shows
- You have worked with customers via the
telephone - either receptionist or call centre.
- You're not afraid to follow systems to ensure
success

The successful candidate can start immediately!  
Wage ranges from $12 to $14 depending on
experience.

This position is Monday to Friday; some on-call
required; occasional Saturday in lieu of one week
day.
