The Co-op Refinery Complex, located in Regina, Saskatchewan, is currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator.  We are looking for individuals who share our core principles of safety, equipment integrity, environmental stewardship and quality assurance.

The primary responsibility of this position is to manage current training programs by scheduling course deliveries and ensuring accurate and appropriate assessments. Doing so by, verification of knowledge, ensuring records are managed and to communicate employee learning results with respective business units or contractors. Additional duties include,  Develop training programs and courses that meet the needs of CRC based on the business plan, business unit objectives and CRC Policy and Procedures. As well as, Manage and evaluate training vendors that provide facilitation of training courses for CRC.

Qualifications include an Adult Education Certificate with 5 or more years of industrial experience. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and basic computer skills, and have the ability to provide strong training leadership on a functional basis. Post-secondary technical or business training is desirable.
