An outstanding opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to become part of our team based in Toronto, ON. Reporting to the Project Director Development, this is an exciting opportunity to provide leadership and direction for the Selection and Definition phases of a Major Capital Project to deliver the Jansen Non-Process Infrastructure, through an optimized project investment case, and to identify and manage project related Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) risk.

Key requirements:
-A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline, a post graduate business/finance qualifications (e.g. MBA) is preferred
-15+ years' experience in Major Capital Studies & Projects in mining or construction
-10+ years' of experience in leading a team
Experience in the mining industry, including production, technical management and/or project management roles with a track record of project delivery
-Previous experience with large operational development projects ($4B+)
-A good knowledge of multidiscipline engineering and industry standard practices
-Superior interpersonal skills to interact and influence consultants and stakeholder
-Travel to Saskatoon and the Jansen Project site is required for this role
