Handy Rental Centre, a division of the Handy Group of Companies, is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic person with a positive attitude to join their front counter team.
Major Responsibilities Include:
Answering customer inquiries
Booking Equipment and customer contracts
Providing consulting on store products according to customer needs
Processing transactions including opening and closing rental contracts
Performing customer follow-up duties
Resolving customer complaints
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent communication (good listener, verbal, and written)
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient computer skills
Ability to complete multiple tasks
Ability to work flexible hours
Knowledge of rental industry or experience in customer service roles an asset
Note: Training will be provided.
