Description

Aero Logistics America (Hangar 6) is currently looking for a Warehouse Assistant that will
be responsible for spare parts management, ramp & hangar assistance duties, Security cameras
daily reporting and other duties as assigned including call outs for snow removal.

Job Description and responsibilities:

moving large parts to outside container using forklift or electrical cart,Prepare shipments for delivery including documentation, Prepare spare parts for proper
storage, Packaging management, crate construction and repair

Complete basic inventory management tasks including but not limited to inventory checks, audits and spare counts

Manage equipment assigned to warehouse facility and work in a team environmentwith the Maintenance Supervisor

IT and computer systems and network knowledge a plus

Security cameras daily reporting: Hangar door opening and closing time log, customername, aircraft type, pinpoint any security breaches

Attend snow removal calls out and work in a team environment with the facility Maintenance Supervisor

Perform other ramp & hangar assistance duties as required (handling services to aircraft
and providing clients with the needed assistance)

Requirements:

High school diploma

2 years previous inventory/warehouse experience preferred

1 year previous forklift experience preferred

Must be flexible with work schedule. Shifts may include evenings, weekends and holidays. Employees may be required to work on a on call basis in some occasions and be available for call outs after-hours

PC management: Word, Excel or other Microsoft product suite experience

Must understand and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills

Previous ramp or aviation experience an asset but not mandatory

Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable means of transportation
