Description

We are looking for an organized, self-motivated person to take on the role of Member Care Coordinator. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience with a reputable and stable Canadian company. The Member Care Coordinator is a first point of contact for our Members (customers) and must provide exceptional customer service at all times.

As a Member Care Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

    Manage incoming calls
    Make outbound calls to Members
    Answer basic tax, bookkeeping, Kashoo, payroll, T4 questions
    Schedule Member appointments with field staff
    Prepare correspondence
    Provide exemplary customer service to Members

As an ideal candidate for this position you will have the following:

    2+ years of customer service, accounting and/or administrative experience
    Superior organizational skills
    The ability to problem solve and resolve conflicts (calendar and appointment schedules)
    Outstanding customer service and well-developed telephone skills
    Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
    An aptitude for learning to use internal databases and computer systems
