Full Time Accounting Assistant required immediately.
Knowledge of Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cheque issuance, EFT's.
Reconciliation of vendor accounts. Bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations.
Inventory reconciliation and various other accounting duties as required.
Experience with Simply Accounting would be an asset.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle workflow efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines.
