Next Generation is a brand named kids clothing store. We are seeking someone who has a passion for sales, likes to coordinate outfits and has the desire to be a personal shopper.

Duties:
-Meet and exceed sales targets through excellence in customer service
-Hire, motivate and coach staff
-Merchandise and Scheduling
-Lead by example
