A very busy family owned oilfield supply company located in is seeking an experienced career orientated person, for the position of order desk. This person should definitely be experienced in oil and gas, or related industry. This person should have the ability to interact with clientele in a very positive way. They will work closely with clientele on pipeline and facility construction projects, as well as including oil well and gas well completions. They will assist the clientele in providing information and making material decisions for these projects. This person should have strong computer skills, organizational and strong administrative skills. This person will have responsibilities in completing client orders, invoicing, inventory management, project quotations, quality control, sales, shipping and receiving, warehouse duties, material handling with forklift and shipping materials via truck and trailer to client location. This position will have a schedule, and weekend hours and overtime will be required.
Previous experience in the positions of order desk, oilfield operations, pipeline and facility construction, oilfield service companies, or oilfield mechanical background would be strong assets for the position.

Salary will depend on experience and qualifications, but will be in the range of $60,000-$100,000 per year, plus benefits and profit sharing opportunities. Position is available immediately for the right person.
