Equinox Home Innovations is a thriving renovation
company in Saskatoon, that has been continually
expanding. We are looking to hire a carpenter as
soon as possible. The candidate would work large
renovation and new construction jobs. Ideally the
candidate also has a good knowledge of, and some
experience with a range of renovation related
skills such as painting, drywall, suspended
ceilings, trimwork, cabinetry, etc,
Requirements:
Some solid experience framing: enough to be
familiar with framing a basement and small
additions, rebuilding stairs, etc.
Minimum 2 years experience doing trades work
related to some aspect of renovation or
construction (flooring, finishing, framing,
exteriors, siding, windows,)
Minimum 2 years combined experience in various
construction related trades.
Must have drivers license and access to a vehicle.
Must be able to provide a clean police record -
Good references that support your work experience
and qualities.
Own basic hand tools.
Preference will be given to someone who has strong
finishing skills, such as trims, casings, hanging
doors, hanging kitchen cabinets, etc. (as all of
our jobs involve each crew doing some finishing
work.
