DUTIES include, but are not limited to:
*Companionship
*Light housekeeping
*Meal preparation
*Medication reminders
*Assistance with grooming, bathing, toileting
*Escort on outings, errands
*Dementia / Alzheimers Care

TRAINING:
*No previous education necessary
*Paid classroom training
*Continuing Care Aide Certificate an asset.

REQUIREMENTS:
*Ability to treat and care for seniors and their
property with dignity and respect
*Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly
and congenial manner
*Ability to lift, push, pull 25 pounds
*Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel & reach

SHIFTS:
*Tell us when you are available
*Weekdays
*Evening, Weekends
*Overnights
.
THE DIFFERENCE:
*You will be matched to worked regularly (each
week) with a only a few seniors.
*Each visit will be a minimum of 3 hours, so you
really get to know your person and make a big
difference in their life
*You will receive extensive, ongoing training and
support in your work as a CAREGiver.
*You will work in a variety of contexts, mostly
homes and sometimes within a facility or hospital
providing 1-on-1 care to a senior.
*You will work for an organization who truly
appreciates the hard work you do through CAREGiver
training, education/social meetings, recognition
and opportunities to participate in social and
community service events.
*Our CAREGivers rate their job satisfaction 9 out
of 10!
