Description

Responsible for greeting customers, processing and upselling reservations, receiving and answering phone calls, opening and closing rental agreements, billing customers for rentals, responding to customer questions and complaints in a fair and timely fashion, selling incrementals,  complete and file all documentation, provide administrative support to manager.

1.    Greet customers, process rentals using effective sales techniques and exceptional customer service. Ensuring accuracy and proper signatures and proper filing occurs with each rental.
2.    Receive phone calls, book and confirm reservations.  Address any customer issues and take proper messages.
3.    Maintain and update rental agreements when necessary; contact customers for overdue contract and adjust accordingly, adjust fuel and kms on closed rental agreement and bill out accordingly.
4.    Complete review and submit various reports including sales logs, damage files, revenue in progress and gas and kms sheets, and specialty sheets.
5.    Calling Customers to let them know if damage was found on their Car, if a lost and found item was left behind.
6.    Charging customers for smoking and stone chips as they occur.
7.    Maintain cleanliness of rental location office.
8.    Posting commissions daily.
9.    .  The team lead will help the CSRs to follow up on customer concerns and discrepancies and damage customer files.
10.    Calculating Sales logs

12.    Assist in ensuring proper maintenance is being done on our fleet; including making sure damaged cars are being taken care of in a timely fashion.
13.    Follow Avis dress code as outlined in the Taylor Automotive group employee handbook.
14.    Inventory and list all office supplies and ensure these items are in stock and available.
15.    Perform related responsibilities required or assigned.
