SecurTek is seeking an energetic and results driven Financial Accounting Professional to join our growing team in Yorkton.  This is a new position that will report to the Vice President  Finance and Administration.  As the Director of Finance, you will be accountable for all financial accounting reporting and planning, as well as change-management processes within the finance area.

As the Director, your key accountabilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Accounts management, reporting, budget preparation and the ongoing analysis of financial results to support the corporate strategies of growth and profitability.
- Lead the development of ongoing financial process improvement, cost reduction and promote increases in efficiency.
- Prepare and oversee budgets covering short and long term planning and cost management in alignment with the strategic plan.
- Accountable for all revenue assurance functions including the management of the customer billing processes including profit analysis on all revenue generating areas.
- Lead and develop a team of direct and indirect reports including the development of succession plans and personal development plans as well as develop and manage strong working relationships with applicable stakeholders as it relates to the setting of accounting policies and procedures and the analysis of financial information.
