Description

OBJECTIVE
Manage the sales and production of the Saskatoon asphalt business unit in order to maximize profitability and long term success. The incumbent must be strategically focused, a strong leader and demonstrate solid financial understanding.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Post secondary education in Engineering and/or an appropriate job related field experience.
- Minimum of 10 years job-related experience with hand-on training including production and management.
- A demonstrated ability to lead
- An ability to solve problems and make incremental improvements
- The ability to meet and deal, at a senior level with customers, politicians and owners to promote Lafarges multiple products, abilities and image.
- Knowledge of various disciplines, including:
Sales
Marketing and customer Relations
Quality and Service Management
Human Resources and Labour Relations
- Must have skills in :

operations management
