Description

Key Outcomes:
- Ensure business unit reporting and audit requirements are met by:
   *Establishing and managing Commercial Markets process required for the gathering of all pertinent data for monthly and quarterly reporting, including compiling statistical information from various sources. Will also compile management reporting for Commercial Markets reporting and may contribute to management reporting for Residential Markets and Financial Markets.
   *Analyzing reporting to identify and reconcile discrepancies, providing commentary to management of observations.
   *Liaise with Corporate Client Services to coordinate reporting from the area
- Assist in documentation and underwriting of new loans acquired from credit unions and third parties including coordinate closing documentation and verify funding requests and prepare internal funding approvals
- Arrange and track interest rate swaps by monitoring new loan applications for hedging requirements, working with Commercial Markets staff to calculate amortization schedules, working with Treasury to place interest rate swaps, and tracking loan renewals and existing swaps to arrange new/renewal swaps

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma, degree or certificate in accounting or business
- Two years of experience in a finance or accounting role.  
- An equivalent/combination of education and experience will be considered. Financial institution experience is considered an asset.
