Pro Sport Rehab & Fitness requires a full-time administrative assistant to join our fast paced office environment.
Hours for this position will be Monday to Friday, 6:00AM to 3:00PM.
Administrative duties would include:
Answering phones, greeting and assisting clients
Ordering and managing inventory
Processing and posting payments
Scheduling appointments
Reconciliation and data analysis
Scanning, faxing and filing
Transcribing dictation
Data entry and other general administrative tasks as assigned
Maintain reception area
The ideal candidate would possess the following:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Superior phone etiquette & customer service
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong computer knowledge and ability to learn new software
Detail-oriented, self-motivated and works as a team player
Shows initiative and resourcefulness
