Description

Exciting opportunity with a well-established commercial construction employer. Our client employer, one of the top 100 companies in Saskatchewan, is seeking a Site Project Superintendent to manage on-site field operations and to ensure timely and efficient execution of commercial and industrial projects. Projects typically include building and/or renovations to commercial properties including schools, hospitals, government buildings, dams, bridges, lift stations, and more. Most work is conducted in Regina and some projects are in other towns or cities throughout Saskatchewan.

Job applicants must have a minimum of five years managing all types of field construction, on a small to large project basis. The chosen candidate will have the ability to maintain and enhance a positive work environment that respects, develops, and motivates employees at every level and promotes teamwork, personal responsibility, and opportunity for growth and advancement. Overall on-site project performance includes management of costs, scheduling of manpower and work, quality assurance, safety management, timely reporting of project status, and completion of projects within timelines.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated an ability to maintain and promote excellent relationships with trade contractors, consultants, designers, and clients, and has already managed quality projects that were completed within budget and on time.

If you have more than five years of complete commercial and/or industrial field and project administration, and your experience is with medium to large projects, please submit your resume and names of two to three work references to Hiring Hands.
