Job Description:
As the Client Services / Admin Associate, you will be the first point of contact for clients, partners, suppliers and employees (in-person, by phone and/or email). You will assist with general office duties (i.e. processing mail & courier needs, meeting/event bookings, special projects). In addition, you will provide Client Services support including: intake of client issues/requests (by phone, email, online); issue follow-up; ensuring helpdesk coverage during office hours and providing professional, timely and informative information to the clients when they make requests for service.
Job Requirements:
2+ years experience in an office environment
Ability to collaborate well in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal skills on the phone and in person
Proficient in MS Office, web-based software concepts
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing situations
Excellent organizational skills
Prior Human Resources and/or Client Support experience is an asset
