Hy-Tech Drilling Ltd. is a global supplier and a leader in providing high quality drilling solutions. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our branch office in Saskatoon, SK to cover a maternity leave. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing all clerical and administrative support for the Saskatoon office in a professional and timely manner. Other responsibilities include assisting the Human Resources and Training departments as needed.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or GED
Office Administration Certificate or Diploma preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Strong computer skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong team orientation and customer service attitude
The successful candidates wage rate will be based on their experience and qualifications.
